How do you handle it when someone you've deemed worthy to be in your life after 30 years breaks your trust in such a way that it shakes your very foundation?

I'm hurt, confused, pissed off, and depressed. The icon is specifically for him, too bad he can't use a computer to see it. Keeping Scott from driving 16 hours hard, cause part of me wanted to join him.
