As of this samhain we will be in our home 6 years *yes we moved in ON samhain*, that is the longest we've ever lived in a home.

In this past year I have...

Lost my job, but gained my independence

Applied and gotten into Graduate School

Loved, lost and gotten back up and tried again.

Loved, lasted and am happy as ever. 18 years and counting!!!

Claimed more time for me, and have found the me I had lost

Shed my useless crap and grown wings

Been permanently collared in front of those we consider family

Learned hard lessons, the hard way, the only way that seems to sink in.

Learned to knit on a loom

learned to cook more holistically

made DRASTIC changes in our lifestyle that is leading to better health for my whole family

watched my baby graduate from high school and build her own life outside of my home

Watched the seasons change from one to the other and welcomed each one with joy and happiness

Made new friends, welcomed back old friends, and grown deeper with some that were only acquaintances

Aged another year, gracefully

Became an instant grandmother

Danced for the first time in years for people I call my family

Made betty page a permanent part of my soul

Lost a dress size and gained my ability to walk long distances without keeling over

Celebrated births, mourned deaths, and lived another year of my life without regrets

in the coming year I will...

Start my masters

Continue on my path to better health

Research my ever evolving spirituality wherever it may lead me

Raise my children with love and support

Dance, in heels, in the rain and in my room with music blaring and my daughter laughing

Love whole heartedly without restraint

Forgive myself and others

Heal the wounds of time

Shed what I no longer need

Give what I can when I can

Learn more about myself as a person

and continue to live this life as it comes my way, without regrets only exclamations :)
