I want to know your favorite things. The little stuff that makes you smile to yourself or look back and smile over. We spend so much time immersed in the noise of our lives that I think it's a good idea to slow down for a minute to remember the little things that we love. So repost this in your own journal (or answer it in mine) maybe it'll remind the rest of us of the little things that delight us.

A list of my favorite things in no particular order:

1. Waking up beside scott in the morning
2. Hearing Caillie singing to herself when she thinks noone can hear her
3. the goofy stuff my cats do
4. Tigerlillies in full bloom
5. A summer thunderstorm
6. Running in the rain
7. Circling with my chosen family
8. Dancing to the drums at FSG
9. Smiling at someone as I pass and them smiling back
10. Poke fights between scott and nicole
11. Making smores around a camp fire
12. Taytton making bad jokes
13. Kisses from my loves
14. The rustling of autumn leaves
15. the first warm day of spring
16. the excitement of the first snow day of the year
17. Snuggling into the covers for five more minutes
18. Fresh coffee
19. Long, full contact bear hugs from friends too seldomly seen
20. Feeling the wind blow my hair back

He's bored and is in need of reading materials, calls and visits. If you would like to send him reading materials contact me and I can give you where he is and how you can get it to him. If you would like to come visit him, the hospital is directly off I-83 on the south side of York.
